I have been to Desi Dudes multiple times and generally go there and wait before they open so I don't have to wait too long in the queue. This morning I did the same. Reached there 10 minutes before they open. There was already a person waiting, which happens sometimes. Then the person who opens the shop arrives 10 minutes later than the opening time and brings along one of his friend with him. By the time the shop opened there were three customers waiting already. The person who opened the shop then asks his friend who came with him to jump the queue and starts serving him, disregarding the queue number system they have. When asked why he is being served first, he laughed off saying he came with me and ignores the three other customers waiting. It was extremely poor customer service and total disregard for other customers.
Great servixe at a competitive price. Barbers er really experienced and friendly.
I come here everyone I need a haircut. If you’re thinking of going there, definitely do because they’ve even won a couple of awards.

Came today for hair cut they suppose to open at 10am but now its 10:35 but still no onehere. Very unprofessional might won’t come back again! Waste of my time.
