    Have bought a few items from there. Product quality is good. But I always get an impression of arrogance or aloofness from the staff. Like they are tolerating customers rather than helping them.

    Save yourself the time and buy online - these people don't sell anything that you can't get delivered to your door at a lower price. The staff/owners are also rude and arrogant. My opinion would be to avoid this place like the plague.
