    I was not told by the person taking my blood test (or the GP) that I would be charged for the test. I also saw no signage about fees. I gave them my medicare card. I received a bill for $130 (medicare rebate $30) despite being referred by a bulk billing doctor. If they had told me it was a paying clinic, I would have gone and got it for free elsewhere. I'm disappointed as we are on a budget at the moment and this is a lot of money, especially as I could have had it for free.
