Dears Drs, Sony , Hattotuwa and Wijeratne , My wife and I have been a loyal patients of your Medical Centre for more than twenty years since we’ve moved into this area , obviously our loyalty due to our satisfaction by your professional service and performance as well as your nice and friendly human to human attitudes toward us. But during the prolonged COVID 19 ordeal which eventually lead to the stage of vaccination I have been seriously wandering why you haven’t signed in with Health Authorities to offer vaccinations ( not to general public) but at least to your loyal patients who are at utmost need to your attention during this life threatening ordeal ?? Why should we nock the door of another GP or another Medical centre , who has no idea about our MEDICAL HISTORY ,to do the vaccination?? I have the feeling that we have been abandoned by you unexpectedly in a very serious stage of our life !! This not a resignation letter nor trying to impose my will on your freedom of choice which I respect , but it is only a reminder that loyalty is MUTUAL and not from one side only !! Rudest receptionist I ever seen in my life. Don't know how to speak or respect to patients. (Not the white skin lady, she is good) Dr Thushanthi is good and kind.
Dr Thushanthi Wijeratne I have seen a few times now and the experience is always the same. She gives you the bare minimum to check you over and is not helpful or professional, just wants to get you out of there. Looking your patients up and down, having your arms crossed before you enter and the unprofessional comments that you make, makes you always feel welcome... Doesn’t look over the patient history at all, we are trying to conceive at the moment and she has prescribed me a medication that isn’t recommended for pregnant or likely to be pregnant women.
Had to walk out after 45 mins wait, without seeing the doctor. The receptionist was abrupt and no help. Doctors are great but management needs to get their act together.
People are very friendly and helpful. The waiting space can be a bit small if you are not there by appointment. For car park, you can use the parking next to the playground across the road for free.
