I do not know how Shamila got her degree 😡 she even does not have etiquette and manners to talk to the patients personal or on the phone. I have found her extremely incompetent, impatient, no manner, no respect for the patients or for her profession. She should be replaced immediately with a sensible and competent doctor.
I saw doctor shamila on the 21st of June 2021. It took her less than 2mins to see her. She did not care to listen and she was very impatient with my toddler. She ended up poking the stick in my babies mouth, as my baby started to cry she didn't care to apologise and was still in a rush, the most unprofessional doctor I have ever come acrossed. The most rushed 2mins.
My doctor did not know what she was doing and did not give me stiches when i was meant to get it, thus making lotss of complications for me now. Very UNHAPPY and FUSTRATED and feel as though i could never trust the doctors working here. TRY NOT TO GO HERE. Futhermore, bad work ethic between the staff, non hygienical practises as my doctor used an already used dressing kit to clean my wound and non sterile scissors. Cannot trust this service :( In addition my sister got a wrong diagnoses from the dentist and was about to go thru a major surgery luckily she got a second opinion at another place.
Dr Matur Gak, is one of the best GP I have met thanks for the treatment, advise and on going support.
Hopeless and rude staff. Do not go there.
