After visiting numerous Subaru dealership's with regards to checking out the specifications and colours of the Subaru Outback's range, (prior to our current lockdown), we finally went to our local Subaru dealership Tynan's at Sutherland. There we met the sales person Bonita Lin. She was excellent with the whole process of ordering our Subaru Outback Tourer, and she was in contact every step of the way. Also a shout out to Brian Barry who helped us with our trade in. We'll done to all the staff at Tynan's.

We bought an Outback after receiving friendly but not pushy sales service from Bonita. We were promptly greeted, had some features explained and were offered a test drive. A pleasant contrast with another dealer who seemed to have invisible salespeople who never call you back. Bonita also managed to swap cars with another dealer in the group to get us our preferred colour. Received a very reasonable trade price for our old car.
Bonita and Ben were instantly familiar with their warm and genuine personalities. A combination of Bonita's automotive knowledge and Ben's business prowess turned a reluctant and unexpected car shopping experience into something wonderful. They both went above and beyond to ensure that I was informed and supported through every step of the process.
