Dr was running late and nobody informed us, I am not complaining about that but we were not allowed to sit in the waiting area. We were told to go and they will call when to come back and will take at least an hour. It was strange how the receptionist kept saying over the phone and while taking details we can not wait in the waiting area especially with kids and giving lame excuses. Having waited for months for this appointment and traveled more than 30 minutes, we cancelled it because of the behavior and will never bother going back.
Absolutely shocking all up don’t even bother wasting your $300 odd dollars just to get brushed off for another few weeks while limping around with a damaged knee. This is why doctors exist not just to keep palming patients off. Whilst the doctor needs to work out his priorities he should be looking for a new receptionist. Someone that would love their job would be nice to work there. All the best
I went with my father who was referred to see Dr. Patapanian recently, and we were very grateful to him. He has excellent attention to detail, polite, respectful, culturally aware and sensitive to clients and gives you his full attention.
Needs to be more understanding and gentle towards patients.
