There are real-estate agents and then there is McGrath Liverpool. My partner and I were looking for a long term property to lease. The professionalism we received from Daniela and Angela from the very start, was exceptional. They kept us in the loop at all times with calls and emails, eventually finding us the perfect property. The day we picked up the keys we arrived at the office and the lovely receptionist greeted us by name, offering us tea, coffee and water. Frank the owner also made his way over to us and introduced himself offering his card and suggested to call him of we needed any further. First class service from a first class agent. Highly recommend and would offer 6 stars if available.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐+⭐

Changed real state to our property in 2020 after having a nightmare with previous one. I almost gave up on real state agents before meeting Daniela! Last year my mum thought it was time to move out of her home of 56 years. At the time we met with Hannah Cherrie of McGrath Liverpool and she walked us through the selling process. Mum got cold feet and decided she wasnt ready. Hannah kept in touch and we called on her again when mum made the decision to move into assisted living. At the same time, Hannah was in the process of leaving McGrath and handed the sale over to Glen and Daniela. From the start, Glen and Daniella (and the team back in the office) were amazing. They kept us totally informed all the way on their efforts to get interest in the property for the best price. I really loved the marketing reports and followup calls after each open house. The auctioneer was great. It is a very stressful time to empty and sell a house but Glen, Daniella and the team made the stress of the sale go away. They cared and mum was happy with the outcome. Totally recommend this team to sell your home. We will definately call on them again.

My property was up for rent for 6 months, we got 0 bites! We moved it to Mcgrath Liverpool and got a tenant in 2 weeks. My work colleagues recommended Daniela. Daniela is professional, attentive and she clearly loves her job. She answers all emails, SMS and phone call (even after hours). We will only lease with Mcgrath from now on, especially with Daniela.
