Lauren was very friendly and was happy to recommend the local cafe up the road while the tyres were fitted. That she would call once done. On picking my car up, the new tyres were all dirty with residue, and not cleaned or glossed. This wasn't a big deal and the tyre fitter offered to clean the car which he did. Having a pristine 2 year old vehicle with perfect free rims, I was unbelievably disappointed on seeing so many scuffs and scratches on my 19 inch rims to the point I had to call back Lauren and complain. She said she would call me back and let me know how it would be resolved. Not even a call back to either apologies or offer to fix the rims. Be very aware that this place is not going to look after your rims. Take photos before and after! Attached are just a few photos where you can clearly see their mounting machine and fitter was totally careless. I am still waiting for the call...
