Rang the doorbell and left. No card in letterbox. I specifically ticked to leave it in a safe place which is would be literally anywhere behind the fence. They couldnt be bothered and left
I was home the hole day, it's lockdown... Didn’t attempt to deliver my parcel, and didn’t even bother to leave a slip in my mail box. Online tracking status changed to “unable to leave at a safe place”.
It was a smaller post office than the others I have been in but the items were complete. There isn’t one at Wolli Creek so I went to this one. It was just a 10 min walk from my apartment. I was assisted by a lovely senior man who helped me find the best parcel for a bunch of documents to be sent and a couple of self-addressed express post envelopes. I hadn’t sent anything via post before (lol I know) but he was so patient and friendly while helping me. He also assisted this other lady looking to print some documents which he directed to a shop nearby.
The worst customer service I have come across. I was not surprised that the google rating is 2 out of 5. The young lady with long hair and the tattoo on her left arm was extremely rude, she should consider another career that is not in customer service. Learn to communicate better and at least attempt to solve the issue rather than just start serving the next customer waiting in line.
I went collect my parcel she asked my address and she confirmed that I don't have anything later on I should my order number and she said yes you have. I came outside I saw delivery drivers handling the parcels roughly. Arncliffe council should aware of staffs quality of work. Disappointed 😃
