    I ordered flowers here for my younger sister debut and there works were very impressive. The designs were unique and defines elegance, our guests and family really loves that night and it really valued what I paid for! Thanks

    I am disappointed with the service Bloomex is providing. I recently ordered a bouquet for my anniversary to be sent to my partner (with lilies and few stalks of roses - he loves lilies) and paid for the bouquet to be supersized. He received the flowers yes, but not one bouquet, he received two! One with the lilies and few stalks of roses and the other, all roses! I thought by supersizing the bouquet, one will get more of each types of flowers from the bouquet not just roses! And why didn't it come in a bouquet, but in two different?? We had to put those two bouquet together and arrange them nicely. Although my partner appreciate the flowers because it was from me, I am totally not impressed with lack of customer service! It was like, we sell you these flowers, pay up and bloody arrange them yourself!! No stars for this business and definitely not buying from you guys anymore!
