Horrible. Called me to pick up a parcel for an elderly client of mine I am case managing for. Did not bother confirming who was on the phone and wasted both of our time. Instructed me to pick up but then denied me the next day. Woman behind counter is extremely incompetent and the whole thing was an embarrassment. I will be raising further inquiry as this was incredibly disgraceful.
Rude staff. Disorganised. They take far too long to find the package you're there to pick up. They don't seem to have any system. The language barrier does not help- I needed to help an elderly man one day as he couldn't understand what they were saying. He needed helping in addressing a letter to an overseas destination. The staff offered no help whatsoever. They just didn't care. At least it's not one of the PO shops that has long queues- mostly because the locals all know to avoid this place like the plague!
