Bridal Silver Service

What an absolute terror!! In short avoid!! There are much better options, cheaper and pleasant. At the end of the day its your wedding dress/suit - please don't sour the wedding experience by coming here. The experience that my newly married wife had to suffer through in dealing with this company and its owner was shocking. When my wife called to request confirmation of the pickup and the items (wedding dress and suit) that were picked up - the owner responded that they cannot give a confirmation or provide an inventory of the items that were picked up. Upon hearing this my wife pushed a little bit more as this seemed like a reasonable request to make. The owner then subsequently hung up after several minutes of rudeness and declaring that she was not in the office and was too busy to look at the items - mind you this was 11am on a weekday. This then kicked off a several week process of attempting to retrieve our wedding outfits - kind of like a hostage negotiation. Every time we called - during work hours mind you - the owner was never at the drycleaners and was never able to assess the items or look at the items to give us an estimate of the time or cost associated. At 10am "I am busy dropping off my kids - call me later" *HANG UP* At 2pm "I am busy at my kids parent-teacher meeting, i cant hear you" *HANG UP* At 4pm "I am at home and not in the office" *HANG UP* Don't bother with the coupons she has plastered all over her website or lying somewhere - the price always seems to already "take the voucher into account" and never go down. Finally after this painful experience and being rudely told our garments would be available at one of the Silver Service Dry Cleaners, we arrived to be told that we could not see the items or inspect them until we had paid - several hundred dollars without seeing the outcome - very odd in my books. She then proceeded to hold us hostage in the store till she arrived - probably from a school fair, as she never seems to be in the actual place of business - to show us the items and make a horrific several week experience more painful and awkward - with the pain no longer just over the phone but also in person. In summary - Avoid!!

I have to wonder if some of the other reviews are fake?.... I've been giving these guys all sorts of stuff to dry clean since I moved into the area 2.5 years ago. I've always found them to be professional, polite and pretty quick. I like the box because I can pick up my order whenever I feel like it - usually ends up being late at night. I agree they are a little pricey but what do you expect for this area? The shopping centre is very popular so I'm not at all surprised and I'm happy to pay a little extra for the convenience they offer.

Recently dropped off my wedding dress and a bridesmaid's dress for drycleaning. After not hearing anything for a week I called to follow up and was unapologetically told that my quote had probably been sent to the wrong number (?). Eventually I received a quote which seemed exorbitant to me, even by wedding industry standards. I will be going elsewhere.

I’m really hope East village can open a better dry clean shop. And this shop would definitely dead after that. Why? Because they just not professional! It’s just a pass level for pants dry clean! Never take your suits or other delicate items here!

Absolutely worst dry clean shop, damaged my cloth. Spoke to the manager over the phone and she didn’t even apologise!!! And of course no refund. DO NOT COME HERE
