This is a very nice cemetery (located in the Sutherland Shire) The Chapels are a reasonable size, there is plenty of parking available. The cemetery roads are not very wide, but generally not busy, good for walking, cycling around. There are also nice “dedication / tributes” around to look at read
Have now rung up twice about my mothers plaque, which is incorrect. Rang on Monday, told someone will ring me back Tuesday, no call , rang them again Friday, “will look into it”. This treatment is disgusting. As if it’s not hard enough losing your mother, the care factor is nil. YOU made the error, and I don’t know how many people I have to talk to, to get this fixed??? There is never anyone who can assist, only “take a note of it” For goodness sake, get your staff trained.

I have been trying to organise a plot for my Dad without success. I called at the start of January and booked a virtual appointment for the start of Feb as that is all that was available. I never got a call. When I called this week to say I never got a call, the lady took my details again and said I would be contacted soon to set an appointment time. 5 days later and I’m still yet to get that call to even book in another appointment! Absolutely atrocious service on top of the stress of other things
Talk about the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing. The level of customer service is atrocious. I had a face to face meeting many months ago & the lady who was a Team Leader was nice & gave me information & forms I had to complete. She also took photocopies of several other documents they needed that I took to the meeting. A few weeks later I emailed her several times as I had heard nothing & never got a response. Eventually found out she no longer worked there & I had to arrange another face to face meeting. I was then told that Woronora's own forms previously supplied which I had completed with other family members were unsuitable & I had to create my own document on a blank sheet of paper...very strange. Also, no sign at all of the previously photocopied documents so this had to be done all over again. I was now back to square one. It appears that they have a big staff turnover issue & they have no process at all when someone leaves to hand over open client files to another staffmember. Beyond frustrating. Update end of June 2021.....5 months later this debacle is still going. I have now dealt with 5 different people some of whom have resigned during tthis time. The latest stuff up is they had to order 2 plaques & I submitted their forms with the required wording at the same time for each plaque. They then ordered one plaque only, my mothers, once again another stuff up on their part due to someone leaving. They emailed me earlier this week to advise that my mothers plaque was now in place so I went to have a look. To my shock only my mothers plaque was there & they had removed the 2 pre existing plaques for my grandparents & had not installed their new plaque effectively leaving their graves as unmarked. Absolutely hopeless & I am livid about this especially when all of their invoices have been paid up front but they can't complete their simple tasks. This lot could not organize a chook raffle.
