Michael Roberts Strata Management Services

Since buying my flat a year ago and having worked with other Strata Management companies across my other investments, I’ve been very happy with the service I’ve received from Michael Roberts - anything that needs to be actioned is done so swiftly. Unfortunately over the last 6 months, there has been huge issues with an individual in our building and he has made everyone’s life hell. Considering what Michael Roberts have had to manage, I have been incredibly impressed with their professionalism and am grateful for their continued assistance in helping to best manage our building. Thank you David (our strata manager) and Joel (licensee) - we all really do appreciate your work.

Since purchasing my unit 10 YEARS AGO, I have been completely disappointed with the insufficient and inadequate service provided by Michael Roberts. It has taken one individual owner to step in and lead Micheal Roberts in getting basic maintenance and building improvements completed. More building improvements and maintenance have been accomplished in last 6 months than it has in the past 10 years due to this one owner taking authority and control of our strata scheme. All the owners and tenants who ACTUALLY live here, and not overseas, appreciate the struggle and perseverance that this one owner has endured to improve the quality of life of all residents in our block. Owners are now questioning why we pay strata management fees??

Joel McGrath has been our strata manager for the past 5 years. He is professional, responds quickly to emails & calls, leads our meetings and has helped lead our multi-strata plan building to effective resolution on many complex issues. Joel has been incredibly proactive with helping connect us to Council representatives, developers & contractors on issues effecting our building. Joel is a fabulous listener, calm and also a very strong communicator.

I can NOT recommend enough that you use an alternative company. Our strata scheme has had nothing but headaches thanks to Michael Roberts. I have 3 investment properties with other strata management companies and they are light years in front of Michael Roberts. Our Strata Manager is so unprofessional I would need all day to explain, then you meet the Licensee and you soon work out being incompetent is a prerequisite for employment at Michael Roberts. The receptionist is nice!
