They have failed to send through two referrals on two different occasions, both were extremely vital for my health. Not mention the ridiculous wait times and the inability to get in touch with the office.
Hold music on phone is not appropriate for a Drs surgery. If you are sick you need to hear something relaxing. The girls behind the desk say they can't change it. Sounds like a lie to me. More likely they don't care. Disappointing.
long waiting time. very unorganised. have to wait 3 hr to see doctor and recently wait 1 hour just to get covid injection. dr service is bad
Bad doctor services try to go somewhere else
This place is a joke!! Massive massive wait times and they don't even bother to notify you in advance or even when you get there. I was a first time patient too. Never going back. Don't waste your time with them.
