    Thanks so much for moving my house! It was a massive job and the boys worked really hard all day. I was so impressed how professional and helpful they were and how quickly they moved all the contents with so much care. There were no breakages or scratches on any of my belongings. I would definitely recommend their service to everyone that needs to move.

    Absolutely terrible. these guys work really REALLY slowly. They treat you as if you're stupid and then overcharge you at the end. They kept trying to push that they needed a 3rd person (for a single storey 3 bedroom house) and wanted to charge $120 per hour. Then they said they needed to make a second trip when the truck was barely half full. They lied about wrapping stuff and tried to charge us for furniture that my wife and i wrapped the night before. They added an extra hour at the end because they charge in 1 hour blocks. Don't trust what they say on the phone, you'll be up for hundreds more at the end. I spent most of the day helping them load and unload which defeats the purpose of hiring removalists. Do not use these guys.

    Were reluctant to take anything 'delicate' (eg electronics), left things behind, took the screen out of bedroom window and passed things through - trampling on flowers in the process, left the window open with screen out when they left and didn't lock front door, left cigarette butts in the garden, broke glass by kicking a box into place on the trolley, cost me more than I expected - were paid by the hour and worked slowly, spending a lot of time chatting and on the phone. Only positive part of the experience was the fast booking process.

    We moved from Sydney to Nowra with Big Removalist Specialists. Excellent communication leading up to the move and arrived on time. Worked approx 13 hours that day and then were able to do a second load the next day when it didn't all fit in. The guys were lovely and coped with me stressing out the whole day. They packed things carefully and were respectful of our belongings. Very resonably priced for the amount of work they had to do. Super impressed, thanks guys.

    On-time, efficient, careful and under budget: just a great experience with these guys who did their best to move our stuff from a house in Neutral Bay to a unit (3rd floor with no lift) in Dee Why. Thanks again Guys, will definitely recommend you to our friends and will use your service should we have to move again
