    Stayed here in 2013. Amazing apartment, spacious with all mod cons. Quiet, despite Southern Cross Drive close by. Staff were friendly, warm, and welcoming. I needed extra days, was done immediately. Easy access from almost anywhere. Great base if you plan to do anything in and around Sydney. I look forward to staying again, once lockdowns over. I highly recommend this place.

    My friend lives here. He complained about the weak wall structure. But the rest is great. Good views, top-notch infrastructure, and access to a variety of facilities.

    Hotel is currently holding medical quarantine patients. The food they are being provided us appalling, these people have to live within the co fines of a room for upwards of 3-4 weeks! And the only fresh food they get is a daily apple! They're given $2 frozen dinners for every meal, and my teenage daughter on her first night got a baby food. The nurses in the hotel are very friendly but the people in charge of what the patients get to eat should stop living their luxurious lifestyle and try the inhumane food they force onto patients. The excuse is given "patients are welcome to order food from outside or have someone bring them food" would be valid if food delivery wasn't a) expensive, and b) take 30-90 minutes to get to the room after arriving at the hotel. And it was also suggested that the patients can order Woolworths or Coles, yet are not permitted to use the stove or oven for cooking! Only a microwave!

    Here for the mandatory Covid lockdown of two weeks. Very happy with this facility, everything you need, comfortable and I don’t think there would be a better place you could do quarantine except home. 10 stars to the nurses who look after you in 10 stars to reception who organises delivery on Uber eats and anything else we need or want

    Currently undergoing a 14 day mandatory quarantine. Couldn’t ask for a better location, space to be confined in. Nurses, reception, facilities everything is exceptional- the nurses deserve some real respect for their compassion to those in the quarantine situation. Honest feedback- improve the WIFI thats some dial up speed you got going there folks. HUGE plus they have Kevin Murphy bathroom products. I’m now hooked. Thanks for keeping us and the community safe. 😊
