Hush Puppies

I love the brand and thats why I was excited about the sale. When I entered I wasnt greeted and when I asked for few shoes in my size the lady wasnt very nice but I just thought she has a bad day, that happens. When I asked for my size in non sale item she loudly and unfriendly said “but thats not on sale!” She just wasnt willing to sell so I left disappointed. One week later I came back thinking they just had a bad day. I walked in and try to give an eye contact with smile. I was the only person in and I didnt get any acknowledgement even I know they saw me. I spent few minutes in , hoping someone will come to offer help…but no. So I went to DJ and bought my shoes there. I usually dont give a bad review but I work in Customer Service and this shop has none!

Okay so I'm assuming that most of these reviews are fake, or people haven't come back in a year and updated that their shoes fell apart lol. I've bought some pretty okay sneakers from them before, which held up well. I decided to buy the 'Annerly Clever' shoes, and at first they were lovely - very comfortable and stylish. However, I was concerned about the quality of the stitching, so I didn't wear them around that much, basically just to work sometimes (I work in an office, so I was just sitting around for a day). About a year later, and with minimal wear, the stitching has come undone, and the shoes are basically falling apart. I contacted Hush Puppies, and they said this was 'normal wear and tear'. This is a pretty hilarious claim, especially when I sent through photos of the bottoms of the shoes, which aren't worn in at all, and kind of prove that I haven't worn them that much. Regardless however, if this is normal for them, don't expect your shoes to last past a year.

Staff in this store are amazing Very helpful and willing to go above and beyond to help their customers. Shoes are of good quality and cater for problem feet It is a well located store within the terrific Westfield’s at Miranda and offers a wide range of shoes in both style, Colour range and sizes Super comet table shoes that are well priced and Sven better priced when on sale! Love popping in for a look from time to time Totally rate this store!

Lovely shoes. Hush Puppies create good all round, basics, classical styles and colours that compliment any wardrobe. I adore shoes and have had nothing but positive experiences in this store. They stock a wide variety of brands, at reasonable prices and often have great sales and specials so you can pick up a bargain every now and then. The staff are very helpful and provide excellent customer service
