    I came with my partner to use the infrared sauna. We both found the sauna great- spacious, private, and everything was very new and upscale. The only downside was lack of showers available. I'm not sure I would go back again. Definitely needed a shower after a 45 minute session, and was told they are reserved for clients using the float room. Disappointing, as everything else was top notch!

    I tried out the infared sauna recently and felt incredible. The place had such great vibes and is super quiet. It was a perfect treat away from everything. The staff are so responsive, kind and friendly. The place is super clean. I also feel this is the best prices. I'm so happy I'll be back, safe to say I'm addicted now. :) ~ Thank you to the Koa team.

    Koa Recovery is the best - Shaun and Sarah are friendly and welcoming, all of the treatments were explained really well and my fears of cryotherapy and the float tank were relieved. The treatments reduced my chronic inflammation and pain, and cryotherapy is so energising. I’m already a regular! Highly recommended.
