Mission is always very prompt and thorough! They have have wonderful customer service! Anthony has helped us figure out our AC issues one piece at a time instead of just recommending a whole new unit that we don’t even need. We are members and will always call Mission for any issues that come up.
The technician Joel M from Mission was great. He was on time and explained the issue with our AC well. One of the parts he was able to quickly repair and the other he had to pick up. He came back in the time frame that he stated and worked continuously until it was fixed. When you're house is almost 90 degrees this is appreciated.
Excellent service and experience, couldn’t recommend more. It’s not easy to find a reliable, professional service company, and Mission AC/Plumbing (plumbing in our case) is the best I have experienced in the Houston area. Townes and Casey both worked on our installs; prompt, helpful, flexible, and available to explain the systems and answer questions on top of excellent installation work. We had to call Mission out for both plumbing and AC on the same day as our house decided to leave us a few surprises when we got back from a vacation. Both Troy and Juan did an excellent job quickly identifying our issues and solving them. Each called ahead to let us know they could be at our house earlier than our appointment time as well. Great service and professionalism overall!! Would recommend Mission and both technicians if you are in need of AC or plumbing work.
Had a coil leak develop on a Friday afternoon. Mission had a tech check it out Saturday morning. While the repair was scheduled for the following Monday, Mission provided a portable unit they could get the ac back up. Technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and hard working. Office was als friendly and payment over the phone was easy. Very happy with the service.
