    Really grumpy unwelcoming staff at desks. Not a hint of interaction . You can be friendly and still do check in and customs clearance accurately and efficiently. Very poor end to lovely holiday

    Never in my life have I met a lazier group of people than the staff at this airport. Constant eye rolling when god forbid they have to do anything. Socializing seems to be their main job and they also enjoy sniffing some white tube (menthol) while socializing. This is all while there are bags buckling on the belt to be checked for security. Also make sure you’re a mind reader when you go there, at each counter they just hold their hand out and expect you to know which document to hand them and roll their eyes when you ask what they’re looking for

    I was born here, and I visit every year. I am aware of the percussions we must take due to COVID; I work in the health field. However, I am trying to figure out why I need to retake a COVID test that is so costly here to return where I live in Maryland and isn't required. Also, I am entirely vaccinated. I am leaving the island, so why do I need to take one?
