    I had to undergo a root canal treatment and as an anxious patient I turned to this practice. After 1/2 treatment I did not show up for the follow-up appointment. I alone bear this guilt. I felt blocked in my head from this pain. There were no inquiries or inquiries on the part of the practice, just an invoice that was sent without a cover letter. This was paid by me; because the service has already been partially incurred. When I was able to overcome my fear and asked for a new follow-up appointment; it was said. There is no new appointment the treatment is completed the service has been provided or paid for. But as a practice that advertises to take special care of anxious patients, I expected more. Therefore I am unfortunately disappointed. Because the people who work there seemed professional / friendly.

    Nice practitioner, very competent I was very scared and had bad teeth. Because of my fear and especially shame, I avoided going to the dentist. At some point I summoned up my courage and Dr. Sarrafzadegan visited. He is very nice, explained a lot, gave me courage and does not push anything. During the treatment he talks to you, distracts you, asks if it hurts. I was able to gain confidence over time. Kudos to the staff and practitioners.

    Far more than exceeded my expectations, I was at a different doctor for years and thought that waiting times of 3 months would be normal. Since I've been with Dr. Sarrafzadegan is being treated, the result is wonderful and appointments are also made very quickly here. Besides, there are always nice conversations with the staff. Nice, personable team.
