    Last shop. Package that exactly complies with the dimensions was not accepted because it does not fit on the template. Your template is too small then. We held a tape measure and it fits. Everything is cheaper online, buy your parcel stickers online and bypass this branch with the bad employees.

    Depending on the employee: very friendly or the opposite. Often associated with hard times. May be because I have a job and then I have to depend on certain times.

    Has been there 2 times so far. Both times taught things back out. At the post office counter I was given a booklet with service phone numbers, where I then hang in queues for hours. Badly trained staff. The ladies don't even know what services the company they work for offers ...

    Extremely unfriendly and incompetent service. I was refused a simple collection of my mail because "the system has an error". Solving this problem, however, cared no one. I couldn't pick up my mail despite ID. Deutsche Post should be happy that it enjoys an unavoidable position in this country. Thank you for nothing.
