    Location, internet, Air conditioning and people were cool, when it comes to cleanliness, the first room we got was dirty(especially pillows), tried to take a shower the water won’t come down hot, so they had to change the room, not enough soaps(they use very tiny ones and there was only one), no shampoos in it, rooms were messing a lot they should take more care and pay more attention to them.

    It was a catastrophic night, very small room, even i wasn't able to move inside with my wedding dress, no hot water, the service was very bad, the back door from the parking was closed and we was compelled to walk around the hotel with all the bags to reach the main door, no one to help or guide us. Even after ordered 2 small orange juice, the price was very expensive according to the normal prices in baalbeck (unfortunately, i know the juice shop from where they ordered the jus) It seems it's a self service hotel !!!!! Not recommended at all
