    No one answer the call, and same zoodmall problem, my orders arrive in January and we are in March now and no delivery have been received... The worst company ever is libanpost, I also ordered something using their new service to shop online and made my payment using mastercard, they send me a tracking number that doesn't exist, if there was a - 5 I'll give it to you

    ZoodMall order ..received a delivary note via sms on the 13th of January.....now 23rd of Feb and nothing..after so many follow up at the office in Baalbeck, same answar " we are sorting orders don't worry we will call you"... wish there is negative stars to give 5 in minus.

    The service is very, very, very bad, and no one has answered the phone for inquiries for more than 10 days. I am trying to contact one of the employees, but without delay and there is no accurate information. Perhaps the phone number on the page is not used
