    Abandoned the queue once already but had no choice as I couldn't do the actions online. Only one customer consultant. About 6-7 people in the queue before me. One person takes between 10-20 minutes to service. Do the maths yourselves. Took about an hour and a half to get to speak to someone. An absolutely dreadful service in terms of waiting.

    Awful, how can you get through? You call the branch and they tell you to wait 10 minutes, you wait 2 hours and no one answers! A shame! You can get through to Swedbank in 5 minutes! Terrible!
