    Best dining experience I've had in Talsi (and I'm from here) 😍 The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere romantic and the staff was really helpful and friendly ☺️ When we visit again, we will definitely be coming back!

    This was my second time in Pannas. Wonderful, cosy atmosphere. Good variety of food, also some choices for kids. Burger, fish meals and other stuff we took - great food! Rye bread in layers - Latvian classics - go for it! Banoff desert was disappointment, and lasagna this time was not the best. Anyway - this is place to return for good dinner for reasonable prices!
