Our visit to Solvangur Horse Centre was so wonderful. We had a mix-up with our timing (which was completely our fault) and they were so nice about it. We had the pleasure of getting a tour from an assistant who was very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure we had a fulfilling visit with the horses. Everyone was so nice and it was the perfect way to interact with the horses and learn about them. Thanks for a wonderful experience!
We all loved our stable visit here! Beautiful friendly horses! Great people too! The gift shop was gorgeous and everything was horses and unicorns. My youngest daughter did a quick child's ride inside, which she loved! They showed us the different gates while she was riding. Very educational! Great family activity! They also had a friendly dog and some sweet sheep. One of our favorite stops in Iceland! Highly recommend it!
This is a perfect place to take the famely to. Very good home made cakes and coffee. Beautiful horses and dogs and comfortable environment.
Sigga and her team were amazing! What a magical little spot!! We were a family of three generations on a family trip. We enjoyed delicious lattes while getting to know the beautiful horses and my daughters (9 and 11) and I took private lessons for 30 minutes each in order to experience the magic of riding these very special animals - so gentle and lovely and what a treat to experience the tolt! Thank you Sigga!
