This was a great spot for dinner during our night on the island. We had their fish of the day which looked to be a popular order. That night it was seared cod with veggies and a truffle sauce. It was fantastic. Perfectly seared. We were able to be seated without reservations but I’d recommend them as this is a popular spot. Everything looked good and I wish I’d had room for dessert. The staff was chill and friendly and the local beer was fantastic. Definitely a great option if you’re looking for somewhere to go.
Very nice restaurant - clearly popular among locals celebrating birthdays. We had Icelandic baked cheese that we shared and it was delicious. For the main the dish of the day was beef tenderloin and that was a huge portion of meat. Very nicely served and done. No waiting time for meals - we received everything almost right away which is a good thing for hungry people.
We had a very nice meal here. We had the fish of the day (wolf fish) and the seafood gratin. The seafood gratin was served on a pine plank and was wolf fish, shrimp and scallops in a creamy sauce and cheese. It was good and the better of the two dishes. You can opt for "keto" which substitutes extra vegetables for the potatoes. The grilled vegetables were excellent. The chocolate cake served with whipped cream and strawberry slices was also good.
Good food and good drink. When we visited, the town as a whole was slightly closed down, and so we ended up at Gott primarily just because it was what was open, but we weren't disappointed! Great local beers and great food. Nice outdoor seating as well, in the summer.
We came here for lunch and got their fish of the day special and the seafood mix dishes. Food was decent. I like the vibe of this place. It’s quite cozy and artsy. Seems like a good place to have a drink and chat with friends.
