Pathetic Services, the worst in entire Kuwait i would say. The Metro Medical does not has an appointment system to be booked in advance. Patients have to wait for hours to see Doctors. How do you expect a person already suffering to wait for hours just to see a Doctor !! I tried to get a prior appointment calling to their hospital. I was told there are no advance appointments given, which era Metro Medical is into.... Please friends do not visit such backward medical center... It is highly risky ....
Dr. Nadia Noronha did a great job with my first ever health exam. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great – they were helpful,
Dental clinic bad experience 1- Receptionist asked me to visit the dental clinic early at 4:15 pm (doctor arrives at 5:11). She told me that I won't be able to consult the doctor if I do not come early. I was the first one to arrive in the clinic but I was served at the end (had to wait 3 hrs). On telling this whole thing to the dentist, he replied that that's how the system in their clinic is for follow up patients (or I'd say, patients that aren't paying them since it's a follow-up). He also said, one should rather visit the clinic twice. Once for taking the appointment and then for consulting (oh, let's ignore the covid situation as well). Ridiculous! If follow up patients are served at the end then why did the receptionist ask me to arrive as early as possible? Why did she tell me to visit the clinic at an estimated time when the doctor usually finishes consulting the new patients? Dental clinic Bad experience 2 - Receptionist asked me to visit the dental clinic telling me that the dentist will be available but on arriving the dental clinic she informed me that I have to first take an appointment (which cannot be given over the phone) and then come on the day of appointment again. Why can't this clinic have an online appointment system j. place? Maybe charge a fee online as well, to avoid appointment cancelation issues. Poor management!
