    Great customer service. Apparently there was an internal order issue. When I received the goods at home I realised it was missing some parts, I went back to the shop and the issue was quickly solved.

    I am disgusted recently. Bought a travel system which broke, was replaced with an item of lesser value. Now recently bought a stroller which broke, owner refused to replace it and has made us wait. Has now been a week and no word! My wife now has to wait until I get home from an 8 hour shift before she can go for walks. 2 expensive items bought from here and never lasted more than a few months! I would recommend to use mothercare, Falcar or amazon for baby goods in malta
