    Awful experience. Waited almost 1 hour in cold rain - no shelter or seating and with a large puddle of water where you are expected to stand up. Buses pass by because they are already full up and the (in)competent entities failing to deliver decent service. It makes you wonder whether the ppl who gave it 5 stars actually use the service.
