    The advertised appartement was not usable due to apparent "plumbing issues" and cancelled the day of arrival just hours before landing. This already sounded like abig scam but I wanted to trust the host. Colin proposed a "beautiful and big appartement" at no extra charge. The photos of the new appartement looked worse but having no alternative, we accepted. Upon arrival we found a big but very old and ugly appartement and Colin stopped responding to part of my questions (pick up y Friends at the airport). Also hot water only worked in 1 bathroom and the water pressure was = 0. On the third night, he called us at midnight to kick us out of the appartement for noise. We had not had a single complaint from him or another person so far Thanks to the AirBNB team we were refunded the remaining nights and found another place to stay but I do not recommend booking/staying with Colin or his firm at all!

    The owner canceled at the last minute the hotel we had booked. It was a beautiful hotel. Instead, he redirected us to a seedy 70s apartment. We had a horrible view of substandard housing while paying for a sea view. We did not have hot water Only in a bathroom and the flow of the shower was sufficient to water a cactus. Also, on the third day, the owner phoned to say that my colleagues and I were making too much noise. He then threatens to leave the scene as soon as possible under the constraint of bringing the police. We had never been warned before. The procedure is very bad. DO NOT TRUST this dubious agency. Read other reviews before booking anything.

    This agency has everything to please: last minute cancellation, probably in order to rent the property at a better price, redirection to a shabby apartment, eviction without any prior warning with threat of use of police, lack of communication . This trip between colleagues will have taken a different dimension. Avoid this scam at all costs.
