    The reception was not good and I felt treated like a beggar for accommodation than a customer that should be welcomed. The reservation details were not there and they put the honours on me to prove that I booked. After finding details, they pretended that there are no family rooms and they were there. The hotel is not bad. It can do with good maintenance. There WiFi was a problem as it is not available in rooms, only in the reception area. There are no air conditioners in rooms. I wish they improve to match their other hotel in Teyateyaneng.
