Easy to find location, just a 40 minute walk to Valletta after you've dropped the car. The first bit around a nice marina and the second bit up a hill. The lady was very friendly. Simple and swift process.
We got a car with 30km left in the tank and were fined because we didn't return it with a full tank... absolute disgrace!!! We will never use the service of Budget again!!!
Booked a hire car via Budget at Valletta Waterfront. Waited an hour and a half and representative did not turn up. Called the office who advised they'd be there in 10 minutes. Waited 20 and gave up. Utterly useless, I'd give 0 stars if it were an option.
Staff were really, really rude to everyone in the office at the same time as us. They were also 40+ minutes late picking up from Valletta Waterfront. If you're getting the Waterfront pick up, wait outside Bank of Valletta, not where they've put the drop pin on their website. Car was good though.
We were so glad to have chosen this place to rent our car. The price was really cheap for a 5- day car rental, a Kia picanto that was really fine, and the lady who welcomed us and spoke in English was kind and very helpful. She even tried to help me with something that did not concern the rental. I will come back again and I recommend them highly.
