    Karl is the worst assistant I had in all my life with all the insurances it's been since January telling me that he is waiting for police report and guess what, when I went to ask at the police office what happened to the report they told me no one from assikura asked for the report and as soon as I called karl he kept telling me that he's waiting for an answer... to tell you the truth don't know what answer he's waiting for and know I noticed that he blocked my mobile number so I can't get in touch to see if he have police report , maybe he thought that I will say that's his line is busy but I wasn't born yesterday because when I call from another mobile he answer . I don't pretend to find babies sitting behind a desk. All of this is because someone had an accident and i was the victim and the gentleman that was involved told me no problem I claimed you just go at your insurance and just let them know imagine if it was my fault eee how karl would of been doing his acting ..... sorry but i wish to give an advance send baby karl for a course because definitely he needs a refreshing one because he forgot what he's behind the desk for ..... Never in the rest of my life I will use assikura worst insurance ever....
