Very low customer experience. Fiducial did the accounting for our start-up company for 2018 (we started 1st of August, so the year was 5 months). We received the final results of 2018 in September 2019, although we probed them several times to have the results. When starting the cooperation they mentioned a fixed rate of 200 EUR per month (which would have been 1000 EUR for the year). We arrived at a total expense of over 3 KEUR for the accounting of a simple start-up (over a period of 5 months), in addition all our expenses arrived well organised and already in an excel overview. They didn't show any pro-activity and we consistently had to ask for input. They say they only have to complete the VAT and Tax filings by October the year after closing, be aware that the only reason why they have this is because they pay the fine and push this cost to the end-customer. In summary: expensive service, no pro-activity and no added value or advice since one of their fiscal advisors left. The accountant himself does the best he can and delivers a good structured file, however he is not backed by an organization to deliver the quality a price of 3 KEUR / 5 months would require. Only French speaking people, which is not ideal in international context.
