Nice store, nice products
After 5 months of normal usage the stone started to move in my wife’s engagement ring. So she stopped wearing it because she was afraid that the stone would fall out, and she brought it back to Pomellato to fix it. As there was a warranty, we expected that this problem would be covered. However, they said that their technicians have found some scratches on the stone so it is our fault that the stone was moving and the warranty was not covering it. If a ring is used daily it is normal that it has scratches, but it has nothing to do with the fact that the stone is moving. If the stone is moving after 5 months, it means that they sold me a bad quality product. Moreover, they even made me pay to get it fixed. They have terrible customer service, including lying about the warranty. Never ever put your feet in any Pomellato shop!
