At 13:40, 26th October 2021, I took a ticket C520 and waited for 20 minutes. Then the staff at the very left desk called 2 numbers (C520 and C521) at the same time and skipped my turn. She said, 'You didn't come on time', She didn't wait even 1 second!! Then I complained her but she just ignored and called security. I explained to the security but he just said, 'It's not my problem. I don't understand your English. If you don't leave immediately, I will call police'. Then he started calling police and I was kicked out They do not accept their mistake nor listen to customers, and are terrible racists!!
This must be the slowest staff I have ever seen. It was quicker for me to deliver the letters myself rather than using POST courrier services.
Great and friendly service. Opening hours are fantastic. 7 am till 6pm, really appreciated
over 1h waiting for the call center to pick up so they just hung up, please post do smtg about your really bad call center service
Really poor service here. Came for the Telecom just to return my tv box and had to wait for 30+ mins - all this time reach employee had a single person.
