EF Sprachreisen

Normally I am used to EF, and used to be happy about my trips (I have already went to EF Madrid, NewYork....) But this time I am really disappointed ! I have came back from a semester trip at EF Roma since november (booked with EF Luxembourg then managed by EF Bruxelles), I have asked for a reimbursment since NOVEMBER 13TH , after a justificated interruption of the course. As I took a semester we are talking about a large amount of money spent in this course... Following to the policy I am right to have a part to be reimbursed. Since november I am calling almost TWICE a week the office, sending many emails, I have also sent letters to be precise to get this reimbursement, WITHOUT ANY RESULT 2 MONTH AFTER ! I really do not recommend EF anymore

EF definitely played a big part in my Gap Year. It allowed me to travel to New Zealand, a place, far away from home, I thought I would never go. 🇳🇿 It allowed me to get out of my comfort zone, meet new people from all over the world and broaden my horizon. Together with them, we were all holding together as a class, improving our English, and the best part of it, exploring the country by our own without our parents and making unforgettable memories. 🏞️🏕️🏖️ I'm also active as an EF Ambassador so I got chance to be part in an EF International Conference in Washington DC reuniting over 71 other ambassadors from 31 countries all over the world. 📸🇺🇲😊 EF definitely played a key part in my unplanned spontaneous Gap Year. For me EF means being part of a big family and having friends all over the world. 🌎🌍🌏🤗 I want to say a big thank you to the EF Luxembourg team and especially Marvin Trovato for convincing me and my parents to let me embark on this life changing journey. 🤗 These experiences definitely played a big part in my Gap Year and my personal growth. 🍀 I hope I can be as active as possible as an EF Ambassador and continue to meet other people at other events and contribute to the goal of EF. ^^

Once you have signed the struggle begun: In my opinion, if you have a good English level, it's not worth it, I didn't learn anything new ... Go by yourself, discover the city and it will be cheaper (San Francisco in my case). Many organizational problems, the invoice increases every time a little more, I feel that they are good sellers, because once my journey began, I had a lot of problems at the hub (SF), it was in a dangerous neighborhood and they didn't say anything about it when I booked... . I recommend EF if you are young and want to improve a foreign language but once again I highly suggest you to make researchs on your own about where your residence and school are so you don't have surprises like I did . On that point I had trust Ef too much, thinking that the hub would be in a safe place. And at school it still school like in our countries , a book, a pen sometimes you speak , I thought we would speak more and that wasn't the case.

Registered with EF Belgium for Malta, my daughter still does not have access to the tests, no answer to the phone, no answer to emails. I think I'll cancel. Big scam

I canceled my daughter's trip in 2020, I relaunched the office in Belgium on several occasions. No response, no responsiveness, no reimbursement, the company laughs at its customers. The customer is only there to pay, but EF doesn't have the slightest sense of customer service. I advise you not to take courses, at a distance or abroad, unless you want to waste your money. Pass the information on to all your contacts.
