Fantastic on all counts. The benchmark for the best that the Maldives has to offer. From the moment we arrived the service, offering and the experience was second to none. Would recommend staying in Chapter Two - which is the 27 villa extension that was completed at the end of 2020. We stayed in villa 97 and it had fantastic sunrise views as well as being located directly opposite a small island that you could walk to at low tide. Would particularly recommend the private beach bbq as well as discovering the ice cream room at The Gathering!

Where do we even start? From the moment we got picked up to the second we arrived to the hotel we were just in aww of how beautiful and uniquely designed this resort was. This barefoot experience had us enjoy the beauty of nature with all use of sustainable products. We throughly enjoyed our stayed at Soneva Jani's new villas at Chapter 2. Our villa was simply breathtaking with a cosy bed that has an amazing opening roof and stunning views of the ocean straight from our bedroom. The food was mouthwatering and our favourite restuarant was Crab shack. The team here at Soneva Jani really went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. We highly recommend this property to anyone that’s looking to experience something unique and sustainable.
My husband and I spent 5 days of our month long honeymoon here in March 2019 (it's taken me a while to review). Everything about the the experience from the private sea plane to the island, the over water villa with waterslide, fantastic restaurants that use the freshest ingredients they grew themselves, to the private butler and dedicated server throughout our trip was top level. We barely saw other guests and felt like we almost had the entire island to ourselves. There was probably at least 5 service staff for every 1 guest on top of all the staff who work behind the scenes. We both agreed that this was the highest level of service we have experienced and have yet to experience again.
