    ZERO stars! - Had an appointment scheduled | when booking I SPECIFICALLY told them that I had to fit it in around my busy work schedule (I'm a medical professional) as I have my own patients. The lady on the phone told me my appointment would last about 20 mins; so I planned accordingly. - Waited for 45 mins - still wasn't seen - No apology ; nothing for the delay - The clinic is dark, dirty and depressing - The service is shockingly bad - Staff walking around eating their lunch in view of the waiting clients After waiting for 45 mins; I became fed up and i could not risk being late for my own patient....I left. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
