Worst post office I ever visited, with huge ques which they are not doing anything about. Then changing pick-up adress for locals in msida all the time to Wigwam Sub Post Office. So frustrating. Opening hours are also insane, closing at 1pm. Customer service is also horrendous.
DELIVERY AT 7:30 AM TWO DAYS IN A ROW!! FRIDAY AND SATURDAY ARE YOU KIDDING ME 7:30?????!!!!!!
Regular loss of my post, letter, parcels etc. Just received another 'final notice' of collection from a parcel tracked to have been delivered to Malta 2 months ago. 'delivery attempted' entered in tracking system during Covid19 where I was at home all day without any notice... very inconsistent versions of 'truth' are told when challenged. loss of letters and packages happens too regular to just be called poor service.
1 person working inside. 70 awaiting outside. Nothing to be added i think.
