Booked a facial. During procedure the esthetician described the procedure they were performing but in reality they changed the procedure in order to up charge by another 65 Euros, basically doubling the cost. There was no consent on the cost increase. It was a pure bait and switch. I informed them of this and they had zero desire remove the up charge. Poor business etiquette. Avoid.
An appointment at The AV Clinic is something to really look forward to. The sweetest and kindest of staff are always there to greet you with a smile. The treatment rooms are modernly equipped and very welcoming. The professional beauty therapists are well informed, knowledgeable and ever so gentle and well mannered. I highly recommend any treatment.

The place is very clean, modern and well equipped. The staff are professional, dedicated and very patient. I use different services and I was never let down. They always do that extra step to make sure they deliver the expectations.
