They were very respectful and kind. We had to wait quite a bit but we went there as an emergency so it was understandable. Definitely will try to go there with future pets.
Each time i have to come to the clinic i book an appointment, despite that i am waiting between 30 and 90 minutes in order my pet to be seen by the doctor. Like many others i am quite tide with time. I really wish they get a bit more organized as that's really inconvenient.
I came here to get EU pet passport for my ginger cat and everything was great! Waited about 40 minutes pass my appointment time and about 15 minutes to pick the passport up couple days later. Both times this place was really busy helping animals. I would definitely recommend this place.
Took my two cats 8 months old for neutering. Everything went good, on day after they felt ok, woke up hungry, now 3 days passed seems like nothing happened to them. Thanks to all staff, very friendly, explained how to care afterwards, really appreciated.
Hello all! I am not happy with this clinic. The doctor is running late, so you have to wait with your pet at least 40 min! - Yesterday i had an appointment booked with them for my cat. I arrived on time and had to wait 40 min to see the doctor, when my cat started getting crazy and scared i asked receptionist to check why it’s taking so much time for doctor to see my cat, and I received a reply that this is like in every hospital and what i want from them! I had to leave and cancel the appointment as my car was not able to wait any longer! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! - One more thing, they have 3 phone numbers listed on their website but when i tried to book my cat in none of the phones was available! I ended up calling them more than 10 times to book my cat in.
