    I am very happy with this clinic. Vets are the only thing my dog is really scared because he had a bad experience in the clinic we visited before: the doctors there were quite rude and once did painful procedures that was not really needed. Vets in 'Animal Aid' are true professionals who can make diagnosis quickly and without putting additional stress on the dog. Doctor Lawson advised me what to do with our problem not making my dog suffer more than enough, and his assistant was so kind and tender that my dog who did his best to run away as far as he could became quite calm in her hands. There is not a lot of clinics in Malta were staff cares not only about physical health of animals but also about their emotional condition, and it is really great and progressive because distress can reinforce any disease and even provoke new ones. Additional good point is that I made an appointment before my visit and I really could go straight away without need to wait for hours in a queue. I am happy that after many attempts I finally found the clinic that I really like.

    Avoid at all costs!!! With advanced pyometra, my dog has been diagnosed with urinary system infection and left with antibiotics. When I figured out myself what was possibly wrong, we were admitted for another appointment as my dog was getting only worse, the vet confirmed my guess but didn’t even bother to do ultrasound, just increased the dose of antibiotics and sent us home again, scheduling a follow up appointment. Luckily at least the blood test was done at that stage. The only good thing they did was referring us to the animal hospital for further treatment after another call that the dog was only getting worse! Luckily I didn’t fully trust his advice as it might have been too late for my dog! She was immediately admitted for urgent surgery and the animal hospital staff saver her life! Waste of time and money for that 'vet'! Think twice before taking your pet there!
