    Beautiful property, the decor, location and prices are 5 star but the food and service are not. Checked in Friday and will be checking out tomorrow so we experienced the daily breakfast, Sunday buffet, dinner and room service and unfortunately not impressed with the quality/taste of the meals. They taste like bland precooked frozen dinners that have been reheated. How do you go wrong with white rice? Also, you can’t hide the smell of freshly baked pastries, the pastries were not fresh. So many incidents of “not 5 star” customer service, the supervisor Marietta tried her best to mitigate. The best that was done was apologies. Happy to speak to someone if they care about my feedback. I’m here with my mom and 2 kids and they have not been impressed, the pool and TV have been the highlight of our stay. Due to COVID spike this weekend, we tried to stay on property to be safe which limited our dinning and entertainment options. Considering the price of our meals, drinks + 15% VAT & 10% service charge for each order, we did not get what we paid for. So much potential here, I hope things will improve.

    I went there on my Birthday night and the staff was really friendly. Food was delicious and I really enjoyed the ambiance. My only thing was there were mosquitoes however they provide oil to spray on the legs to prevent getting bitten. Overall, great experience! I will be back.

    Five star experience. Made my mom’s birthday super special. The food was amazing and the rooms were A1. Zero complaints!
