Perfect service, very friendly staff. English spoken. Fast response. Could not be any better.
Super
Home of my new car
Good
1) When changing the oil in the gearbox, they damaged the oxygen sensor, a claim practically ruled out. According to the technician, to read the readiness codes (which would light up the engine light), it is enough to drive around their parking lot. Not enough, of course. No car in the world. 2) They wrote in the service book of my petrol car the specifications of the engine oil for the diesel engines of trucks. So I will hope that the invoice is correct. 3) They wanted to solve the malfunctioning alarm by disassembling the car and checking the cabling and replacing the switch and maybe replacing the siren, even though I said when handing over the car that the error will probably only be in the alarm unit settings. They did not look at the settings. It is said that it would take longer and it would be more expensive. They did a siren test for 1400, and that's how it went. We solved the malfunctioning alarm in another service, really it was just a setting. The correct setting meant literally just a few clicks in the diagnostic SW (the type of siren was set incorrectly), which took only units of minutes and even a trained monkey could handle it. The alarm is now fully functional, completely without disassembling or replacing anything. The suspicion creeps into my mind that they wanted to exchange half a car for a long time, and then just turn it on, which would greatly improve their cash flow. I guess I look like a morning glory on my forehead. I won't give a fourth chance.
