    The official who takes the data, for the admission of patients, requests and keeps the identity card, of the patient or companion, until the care ends and as long as she does not cancel the care, her identity card is not returned, for instructions from the Hospital management and the Director. It is illegal and abusive, I have complained to him several times, the Director agrees not to continue requesting it, but he continues to mock and they request it. The officials at the reception, have no patience and lack of education. The guards, most of them, are poorly educated, serve poorly, are arrogant and take on responsibilities that do not correspond to them and that are not contemplated in the Law. But it is that they have several ambulances that are in poor condition and are not repaired, to use them. Only on the part of the management of this Hospital, is to have the will and do the right thing. We are all human beings, from the humblest to the richest, and we deserve dignified treatment, since at the end of the road, we carry nothing, it costs to give dignity, since they forgot that they are human beings and not Gods.
